Why were there no defensive wounds on Galfy?
Kai claims to have woke up while Galfy was in the process of assaulting him. The room however was “tidy” according to crime scene photos and investigator reports. Considering Galfy’s weight (he was short but weighed well over 200 pounds) if both of them had been vertical the much larger, stronger Kai would have caused…

Were Jett McBride’s actions a result of being drugged by Kai?
Despite the claims of Gabriel Francisco in the Netflix documentary, there is no evidence to suggest that Jett McBride was given anything apart from cannabis by Kai. Not only did the tox screen come back negative on Kai, but Scott Baly, McBride’s lawyer abandoned the attempt to put the blame on Kai via intoxication. In…

Why was a rape kit performed on Galfy, the alleged rapist but not on Kai?
There were “signs of sexual assault” reported earlier by the UCPO investigators, but once they had Kai in custody the “sexual assault” investigation not only dissolved but any evidence that supported Kai’s claims was suppressed. Detective Johnny Ho even “admitted he had not recommended lab tests on items in Galfy’s house that might have supported…

Has Kai seen the documentary? How?
Yes, Kai is able to receive letters and “videogram” messages so people were able to send him the documentary clip by clip that way.

The Fresno detective Jeff Stricker claimed that Kai wasn’t innocent in the events that made him a viral hero. What evidence is there of this?
In fact, multiple witnesses at the scene, PG&E and IBEW themselves hailed Kai as a hero for jumping into the fray without concern for his own safety. McBride’s defense tried to claim at first that Kai veered into Rayshawn Neely, when that story fell apart the claim was that Kai drugged Jett making him flip…

After the second night, why didn’t Kai report Galfy to the police?
There are ample reasons why a homeless, indigenous, illegal immigrant from Canada would choose not to turn himself into the crooked local cops that Galfy was tight with before he even knew he was dead. Kai did say he had considered trying to find a reporter to go with him to confront Galfy. If he…

Why didn’t the documentary reach out to the many people who Kai had visited with, stayed with and worked with during the time before the event in Fresno and New Jersey?
Another good question. I’ve spoken with family and friends of Kai that the documentary did not try to reach out to. Many of these people are upset at the way Kai was portrayed by people who had spent far less time with Kai than they had.

Were the producers of the Netflix documentary aware of all the irregularities in the investigation, detention and trial?
I spoke with multiple producers from RAW TV LTD long before the documentary at Netflix was ever announced. I know for a fact they are aware of the many irregularities in this case. When I suggested some things that could be mentioned in the space of 2-3 minutes to lay out Kai’s self defense case…

Why did the NJ court deny his appeals despite a federal judge saying he had “sufficiently alleged … a conpsiracy to deprive him of his due process right?”
Kai has a civil suit that could cost the state of New Jersey, Union County and some of the individuals involved in the alleged cover-up millions of dollars. It’s not surprising that a federal judge faced with the same evidence wouldn’t be as reticent to note the glaring inconsistencies and 1983 civil rights and due…

What evidence is there that Kai was drugged and raped?
Much of the evidence that would corroborate Kai’s claims was either never collected, tampered with or destroyed or collected but never tested. By looking at what was not tested or destroyed (the blood and semen found in the vicinity of the alleged rapist’s genitals, the urine stained fibers that could have been tested for drugs,…
