Much of the evidence that would corroborate Kai’s claims was either never collected, tampered with or destroyed or collected but never tested. By looking at what was not tested or destroyed (the blood and semen found in the vicinity of the alleged rapist’s genitals, the urine stained fibers that could have been tested for drugs, the rape kit run on the alleged rapist but not the person claiming to be raped, the mugs that could have been tested for drugs being run through a dishwasher at a time no investigators can account for, the mysterious bag of possible evidence being carried across the yellow crime scene tape and so much more).
