Kai claims to have woke up while Galfy was in the process of assaulting him. The room however was “tidy” according to crime scene photos and investigator reports. Considering Galfy’s weight (he was short but weighed well over 200 pounds) if both of them had been vertical the much larger, stronger Kai would have caused him to run into things, knock things over. Even the prosecution admits that whatever happened, it was over fairly quickly.
